OUR TEAM

My journey in the event industry began in 2013 while I was still in school—hustling hard and soaking it all in, starting as a barback and climbing to event supervisor in under two years. What began as a side hustle quickly turned into a full-blown passion. Over the years, I sharpened my skills, took on bigger roles, and eventually became a Department Head for high-profile events across the country.
But I knew I wasn’t done.
After a decade of learning, leading, and leveling up, I realized it was time to stop playing it safe. It was time to soar. I made the leap—transforming my passion into purpose by partnering with top-tier event production companies, national sports leagues, and the brands we all know and love. That momentum led to the creation of TrailHawk Consulting—a bold new chapter built to elevate every aspect of your event experience. With insight, innovation, and industry-tested expertise, TrailHawk is here to take your event higher.

Born and raised in Chicago, I was surrounded by the energy of the event world from the start. Music and live experiences always pulled me in—and it all began about 12 years ago with a simple job scanning tickets at a one-day show on Navy Pier. What started as a fun summer gig with friends quickly grew into something much bigger. From one-day concerts to multi-day festivals across the city and suburbs, I worked my way up fast. After my first event, I moved into a customer service supervisor role, helping thousands of attendees navigate ticket issues and entrance logistics. A few years later, I became the Assistant Gate Manager for one of Chicago’s biggest events—Riot Fest—and for over a decade now, Nathan and I have run the main gate operation together like a well-oiled machine.
Beyond events, I’ve spent 15 years in the construction industry as an i ndependent contractor, leading teams of 15+ workers and managing projects from the ground up. Whether it’s managing crews on a job site or tens of thousands of attendees at a festival gate, I’ve built my career around high-volume, high-pressure environments. All of that experience—across both industries—has shaped my approach to leadership, logistics, and execution. And now, it’s all coming together with the launch of TrailHawk Consulting, founded with my best friend and longtime collaborator, Nathan. We're here to raise the bar and bring next-level expertise to every event we touch.

Music, festivals, and live events have always been at the core of my life. From making new friends to sharing unforgettable moments, I’ve always been drawn to the energy and community they create. Early on, I found any way I could to get involved—volunteering for everything, from trash collection, to lot security, just to be part of
the experience!
Years ago, my close friends (more like brothers) Nathan and Victor invited me to join the ticketing team at Riot Fest (one of my all-time favorite events) and I jumped at the opportunity. Since then, I’ve never forgotten the look on people’s faces as they walk through the gates, buzzing with excitement. Being a part of that moment, helping make it smooth, welcoming, and memorable, is what drives me. Outside of festivals,
I’ve spent over 12 years working in construction—welding, millwrighting, ironworking, and carpentry— both for my own business and for others. I also make jewelry as a creative outlet. Whether I’m running entry at shows, hoisting steel beams, or crafting something by hand, I keep my schedule full, and that’s exactly how I like it. Joining the TrailHawk team feels like a natural next step. I’m beyond excited to bring my passion, experience, and a little bit of fun to a fest near you!

By day, I’ve built a 16-year full-time career in the automotive industry; something I’m proud of and use the skills I've learned in all my fields. But in 2016, everything changed when a Shiftgig opportunity landed me at a music festival working box office. By the end of the weekend, the on-site manager asked me to officially join the React Presents team. Getting paid to be around live music?
I couldn’t say yes fast enough.
That gig introduced me to Nathan and Victor, and what started as a side hustle quickly turned into a second passion. We worked long days and late nights, and I fell in love with the rhythm of live shows. I found my flow at front of house starting with ticketing, then growing into box office operations, guest services, and front gate logistics. Every event deepened my appreciation for creating smooth, unforgettable guest experiences. Even while growing in my automotive career, I’ve made it a mission to work as many festivals as possible.
My love for music started way before either path—my grandma was in a 70s band called The Sundusters. Summers in Louisiana meant playing with her stage gear and helping hand out teddy bears to veterans during shows. Music was in my blood before I even knew it. To me, music is pure connection. A thousand people can hear the same song and walk away with a thousand different stories—and that’s the kind of magic I live for and want to help bring to life.
