Front Gate Management 

  • First point of contact for fan facing support

  • Manage all staff (Scanners, Med, Security contractors)

  • Proficient in line work, Entrance/Egress      Fire lanes/Emergency Exits

  • Collect and record all data needed from Contract workers (W2/1099/Insurance/Hour)

  • Design set up and tear down of all operations at gate (Barricades, Tables, *Signage)​                                 We hold partnership with a signage print shop if needed

Ticketing Equipment Management

  • Main point of contact with Ticketing Vendor

  • Operate/ Maintain all ticketing, POS, and  Fan support Devices

  • Professionally Handle all onsite fan support issues dealing with ticketing and guest list

  • Handle all packing and return of equipment to vendor

  • Maintain all available equipment certifications

  • Maintain good rapport with all ticketing vendors

  Box office Management 

  • Main Point of contact between Ticketing Vendor, Guest List, and Fan Support

  • Management of all staff involved in Box Office operations 

  • Training of all staff and appointment of all staff members in the area of their strengths

  • Fan facing support main contact 

  • Collect and record all data needed from Contract workers (W2/1099/Insurance/Hour)

General Labor

  • Site build and tear down

  • We employ multiple construction related contractors, carpenters, electricians, and  H.E operators

  • Scanners and Ushers

  • Service provided only to do with site build and management. We do not provide stage builds or fencing
